Hello. I just listened to the whole podcast and DAMN! I LOVE THE WHOLE CONVERSATION ❣️
On Mr. Bbanga talking about self management…..and on empathy I realized that I have been inconsiderate of other people’s situations and feelings but been quick to judge them….need to work on that. Then I realized that the activities he has talked about are actually what I used to do and I have been rediscovering them in my own so I must say the podcast had helped me smile more😁 THANK YOU!

Hello Andrew.I recently read a book on Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman and I can closely relate how Mr. Derek talks about differentiate self awareness and self management, the elaborative definition of empathy. I appreciate the reminder on practicing mindful listening by being present in the moment,practicing empathy. Thank you for the educative podcast.
